I finished a video recently involving Bane from The Dark Knight Rises (2012) talking to the people of gotham about gay marriage. Using the footage from the film, I'm only doing this under the fair use doctrine. What I'm worried about is the fact that major companies like Warner Bros. and Universal media group have issued take down notices and threatened legal action against certain users. In particular, pirates and also activists. Let that sink in, activists. Since this is an activist video, I dread to think that my video will soon be blocked. I never worried about this before until I started hearing about all the court cases that are current
